Jarrod Partridge
Clinical Director
Jarrod is the co-owner and Business Director of Edinburgh's multi award-winning Dermal Clinic.
The business was started in 2007 by his wife, Jackie, who is Clinical Director and Jarrod joined in 2011 when they moved into their first premises on Church Hill Place, Morningside.
Jarrod's interest in the medical industry started when he joined BUPA insurance following a period as a financial advisor at the TSB in Lancashire. This medical interest led him to join the Swedish medical devices manufacturer Molnlycke Healthcare as a Regional Business Manager for their Surgical Division. This role entailed increasing business with new and existing hospital operating theatre accounts throughout the North of England.
As the company increased in size and developed a new Woundcare Division to introduce an innovative product Jarrod switched to this new division as Regional Manager for the North West of England and his team consistently produced the highest sales in the UK over several years collaborating with all sectors of the NHS from district nurses to NHS Supply Chain. Following the departure of the Scottish manager Jarrod was asked to cover both regions and following a company merger with Medlock Medical became National Commercial Manager and Jarrod was able to move to Edinburgh in 2005. He became National Sales Manager to BSN Medical in 2006.
Both Jarrod's and Jackie's strategy for Dermal Clinic has been clear from the first day – to provide expert, quality care for face and body and to educate the public so they can make an informed decision regarding potential treatment. This has resulted in a client database of several thousand people.
Jarrod continues to build a strong and profitable company and has, in the past undertaken digital courses with Google to improve his SEO skills and most recently has undertaken self-development by attending an American 4-Day MBA course to develop his financial knowledge for the next stages of company growth.
