Using different wavelengths of light several images are produced revealing what is actually happening both on the surface, and also below the surface of the visible skin layer.

In glorious high definition you will be able to see your skin as you've never seen it before. You will be able to see the levels of damage caused by exposure to UV light from the sun or from sunbeds; wrinkles; spots; skin texture; bacterial load; inflammation and vascular areas.

As well as the images we can also see how you compare to people of the same age, sex and skin type, and even simulate how you will look in 5 year's time!

The Visia is ideal for helping people really understand their skin and therefore, prevent unnecessary purchases of expensive or ineffective creams and potions. It helps us ensure you are using the most appropriate products for your skin and prevent or minimise future issues. And we can compare further images against the originals to evaluate progress.

The Visia Facial Scan is available to all dermalclinic® patients and clients and for best results we recommend images be taken without make up – so just bring some along to apply afterwards.
