Non-Surgical Nose Reshape Treatment

We are all born with noses of different shapes and sizes. As we go through our lives our noses continue to grow and whether it’s natural or due to trauma, our noses can develop lumps and bumps that we were not designed to have, or would prefer not to have. If you are keen to reduce the flare of the nostrils, disguise a lump or bump, and/or lift the tip of the nose, this can be achieved using various products in combination with dermal fillers.

• Non-surgical nose reshaping is far less invasive than a surgical procedure and doesn't require general anaesthetic.
• Bruising is far less evident and there won't be the typical black eyes gained following surgery.

Procedures will give results lasting approximately three months. This treatment is used to raise the tip of the nose and also to reduce nostril flare.

If the concern is a lump or bump then dermal fillers, which are hyaluronic acid based, can be injected just above or below the raised area of concern to provide you with a more uniform profile. Advances in technology with the dermal fillers has extended the length of time for which we can see results and for this type of procedure they now usually last approximately twelve to twenty four months. Prior to this treatment being carried out, local anaesthetic cream will be applied to the skin in order that the procedure is as comfortable as possible.

For patients wishing for a higher profile on the bridge of the nose, this is also done using hyaluronic acid based dermal filler as explained above. This is a popular treatment with patients with an oriental background who are wishing for a more European look.

For some people, treatments comprise a mixture of dermal filler and various other products in order to achieve their desired result.
